Unfortunately I have to give a not so good rating. I bought this bag in November 2019, now a month has passed and the straps have fallen apart. Now if you don't mind the look of unstitched fabric or use the bag as a tote, that's no problem as the bag still works strapless. However, I like the functionality of a shoulder bag more than a bag, so I've been using shoulder straps since day one. I also don't carry anything too heavy in my bag (wallet, small makeup bag, glasses case, travel size ibuprofen) and carry it to and from work. take a long time, but I expected at least 6 months; The wallet only lasted a month. It's very cute and roomy, but if the manufacturers could just reinforce the webbing with better stitching AND change the material of the webbing, I think this bag would hold up just fine. Sorry but it was nice while it lasted.
