Review on 💎 Diamond RH77CA Dual-Band High Gain Handheld Antenna - 144/440 MHz. Rx: 120~900 MHz. by Andy Jolley

I received this antenna for my BCD996P2 scanner which is MUCH better than telescopic. With the OEM antenna I kinda heard the air traffic, the airport is about 10-15 miles from me so I thought I was ok before but with this Diamond RH77CA the scanner now shows me 3 to 4 lanes of almost everything on Time up can be one (1) bar. The same applies to the FM frequencies that I listen to. UHF and 800MHz digital band. I don't see much improvement above 2 bars for most, but I don't know where the repeater is that I can hear. All in all I think it's a good scanner antenna but I haven't had this scanner for maybe a month so maybe I could improve it too if I knew more about it.
