Review on MarketTraq Email by Byron Forman

I have been using market traq for about 3 years now and it has allowed me to get more customers into my sales funnel through our newsletter. The integration with Salesforce was very easy and helped us create better reports that we could send out to new leads in order to convert them. This is not a product where there are many bells and whistles; but rather what works best is getting an increased open rate and click rates when sending out newsletters via their system. Nothing really! Their support team is always available if need be. They make sure everything is functioning properly so there isn't much of anything i can think off at this time. We were able to see which subscribers opened or clicked on links within our campaigns and then segmented those people who weren't clicking as well as created several different types of groups (A-Z).
