Excellent protection for just over 1 month.

I feel more secure after my husband installed this on our sliding door. Nobody will break through this door. UPDATE: broke after only a few months. The casting just fell apart completely. It didn't require much wear and tear or abuse. We couldn't believe it just started sticking. We couldn't get him to block. Then my husband dropped it. Then we tried to block it. It would be if you tilted it to one side instead of the other. Then it just fell apart completely. The casting seems very bad. We went through a 30-day guarantee so we don't have a low purchase price. I think you get what you pay for.
