Unfortunately this product did not fit the size of both shoes as we encountered a defect when my daughter tried to walk in them for her first dance rehearsal with them and us couldn't come back within the window so we can't buy them. Obviously something is wrong with the shoes themselves and the liner. We needed this particular shoe badly for a dance competition so I ordered another pair half a size bigger so that in case we had the same problem we could at least fill the shoe with lambswool at the top where it would be slightly larger. but she would have a problem with something piercing her, which would cause her to get blisters. In the end, the support team wasn't very helpful. Very disappointing considering how much money I spend on Prime. I will take this into account when asked to pay for a new basic service. Most stores will give you 60 days, which seems fair enough.
