Review on 🍳 Ecolution Artistry 12x18 Non-Stick Black Griddle Cookware by Isaac Cahill

My second purchase of this product. The first time I bought almost 10 years ago. I've used it daily and over time the non-stick coating has worn off like all non-stick cookware. I would say it probably should have been replaced sooner but it probably took me 5 years. For the next 5 years I used expensive cookware (not non-stick) but was dying to use this pan again. I'm glad I'm cooking with this pan again. This greatly simplifies the preparation of many of the dishes that I cook. Now I need a large 13.5 inch skillet so I can cook large family meals.
