In the foreword to my review I actually received this item.

In the preamble to my review I would like to say that I received this product as part of a promotional campaign where they send you the product in the smallest size and in return you write a review about it. Take 3g of the supplement per day and it has helped me recover between workouts. I plan to buy more once I start going out.
