Did a great job leveling my 24" x 49" chipboard vacuum gripper. I used a spindle speed of 12,000 RPM, a feed rate of 80 ipm, a depth of cut of .010" and a pitch of .4" on this 1" cutter to create a smooth surface without any ripples that might have occurred the spindle from the tram. It took just over 30 minutes to smooth out the loose board and generated a lot of very fine dust. The CNC router is fully enclosed so this wasn't a problem, but using it without a full enclosure will fly fine dust around your workshop and you don't want to breathe in that fine dust.
