Review on Premium Ello Splendid Glass Shaker Bottle with Secure and Leak-Proof Lid by Jermaine Krishnamoorthy

I bought this because of the inertness/durability of the bottle material (glass). I'm tired of swapping out old nondescript plastic shaker bottles every few years. Until I break this one, it should last forever. It is easy to disinfect, absolutely smooth inside (without protrusions and bumps). The silicone case feels thick enough to protect and the glass itself is very thick too. However, if you're using milk or mixing something that you want to chill, it's a good idea to pre-chill the bottle while it's warm. There's nothing worse than a barely lukewarm protein shake. The lid is a little fiddly, it actually has what looks like a silicone gasket, but when it's screwed on it feels like a fake seal that needs to be pushed past somehow and it's really grrr. down to seal properly. Like they didn't coordinate the themes or something. Let's hope the threads will hold onto the plastic cap. The flip-top lid has a silicone stopper (which fits into the spout opening) and forms a tight seal. I like it a lot more than the plastic on plastic that most lids have, seems like it will last longer. The paddle ball mixes most proteins well unless you have a super raw powder (like pure whey). Suitable for BCAA, greens or pre-workout. There is an edge on the INSIDE of the plastic spout that is difficult to clean. I removed some items for ease of use (lidded thing) but would definitely recommend.
