I like how easy it was to navigate through the program and pull my information into charts very quickly; also how much detail they have added since their previous version of this program was released. The only thing I didn't care for at all in chart links is how slow the interface seemed when you were trying to print out copies or save charts after pulling them from the program itself. If your looking for something easy to use with lots of documentation then definitely give chart links a try! It will make life so much easier if you need to create patient flow charts. Creating electronic versions of discharge summaries & progress notes has been a breeze because of chart links. I like that the program is easy to use and there are so many resources to help with any questions you may have. The program is very user friendly and can be used by anyone with no training. The program is very simple and easy to use. It is very user friendly and I can train others on how to use it. I do not have anything I dislike about the program. I would recommend this program to anyone. I use the program to help with documentation and insurance authorization.
