After a week only the right one worked, I read the questions and tried all the solutions and nothing worked so we exchanged them. Got a second pair but only the left one works, I tried resetting but nothing. I have no idea how these things get such good reviews. 1st update - the company contacted me and asked us to try again, we agreed and sent each other another pair. So far the abstracts are working well. The instructions for pairing with your device were a bit clearer. I will update again in about a week to confirm they are still working.
