Great quality and size exactly as advertised!
Always looking for something summery for my pup and this hits the spot. They are colorful, well constructed and durable. Also, my dog gets caught between the cm and honey on the collars. Even at the advertised size, small parts usually cut less than advertised. I ran out of honey so bought him some small ones and they fit perfectly. You'll have more room to grow when his winter coat arrives and he needs another 2 inches. My length is 14 to 16 inches depending on the thickness of his coat depending on the season.
