Compared to all the wooden puzzles I've made from different manufacturers, this was the easiest to put together. The instructions are self-explanatory, strong and clear pieces. They have assembly instructions that helped me a lot. The biggest downside is that one of the parts, if not the most important part, doesn't work. I was halfway there and noticed that one of the chains from the 'movement' part had a burn mark and looked quite rusty. It can't emit light, which means I can't project anything. Since I was more comfortable with the end product with no functional part, I decided to go ahead anyway. If you're buying this mainly for the extra features, make sure the 'moving' part isn't broken before assembling anything else. I wish I could pay more attention to that.
