Review on SHINYOU Women Skirt Ballet Running Women's Clothing for Skirts by Latoya Luckett

This skirt is made from a plain tulle sewn to an elastic band with highlights spread throughout the tulle with a battery pack. The battery is bulky. I got this to match my daughter. Unfortunately I was disappointed when I got mine. She has a very high quality skirt, the tulle is much softer and the belt is much better. She also has an extra layer underneath so she can wear it like a regular skirt, I definitely need to wear mine over something else. My length is almost the same as hers and her size is 4-5 baby/toddler. (see image). I haven't tried it with batteries yet. I'm still happy to wear them together, I just wish mine was more like their quality and a few inches longer too.
