I received this item in the mail yesterday. I have nothing against the manufacturer but the product sucks. The rubber feet are flimsy plastic that degrades quickly and they don't work at all. I spent about an hour trying to get her to stay with my line for at least a few minutes. This item cannot be returned or refunded. BUYER BEWARE! In response to the seller's comment. The item I received is exactly as pictured. I have a smooth glassy plastic ruler that I pressed with all my might, they don't stick. (Yes I tried to wet him, I may be old but I'm not stupid). My ruler measures 6" x 24" so it's big enough to hold both pens. I don't consider this type of sucker "industrial" unless we're talking about the 1970s. I grew up with those plastic suction cups going bad fast. I can't return it because I received a message that this item CANNOT be returned or refunded. I assume the seller set it up that way in the Revain system.
