Terrible product. Firstly they are too thin, I'm afraid they will break during installation. They are usually not straight, but curved in two directions. Some might be pretty basic, but this product should probably come in a box to protect the sticks. It comes in a nice zipped pouch, as do some cables and other accessories, but why a pouch. The zipped package is then shipped in another package, easily exposing it to an even worse product after shipping. Also, let's be realistic, it's not going to burn with a stick. I tried it myself on several candles and it didn't work. Very disappointed, will not buy again. Wouldn't recommend it.
