I'm glad I chose this case

(November 13, 2015): Still using this case and loving it. The leather is still soft, albeit a little scratched and there are a few worn spots. Only minor cosmetic signs of wear. I use it every day and have been living on my couch since I bought it. I have two dogs, so imagine a sofa life with dogs. I'll list what it was: hot pizza boxes, 10 pound dogs bouncing, falling on the floor, spilling, condensing 2 quarts of fizz and scratches. The seams have not shifted, shifted or come undone. zippers and zips in perfect condition; The zippers themselves are a bit frayed. But not much. My pigma microns, jelly roll and pencil still fit perfectly and don't stretch, plus I have 2 microns per loop. I have the entire collection of Pigma Micron pens, Sakura 50050 Gift Set with 59 Pigma Ink Artist's Gift Set. To be honest I didn't realize how much abuse this case could take, the leather was so soft and pleasant to the touch. I am pleasantly surprised at how much abuse this pencil case has withstood. Original review on April 9, 2014: I've asked many pencil case owners here at Revain how well the Pigma Micron fits in a pencil case. Almost every pencil case fits Pigma Micron pens. This case comfortably fits 64 of my stationery (mostly Micron) and I tend to leave a loop between each size tip for quicker selection. I really like that I can mount this case vertically and stably. This case is really good. Seems to be a good 4 star hotel. The outside of the case is very soft, which bothered me a bit as I have two small dogs and I paint and paint in the living room (that's right, I did it with a verb); It's usually on the couch. I've had this cover on my couch for about 3 weeks now and so far so good. It has a few small scratches, but not really big patches. Quality tailoring, including zippers. The inside of the case is also very soft and reflects the high quality that you can also see from the outside of the case. Bristol 300 series smooth paper is excellent for one page when there is no cutlery inside. This case is really well made. I wouldn't take this with me unless I'm going to paint somewhere for two reasons. First, I'm scared of all the shit that can happen to smooth skin, and second, it's too big. I carry around a giant bag that my husband named the "Tardis" (which I can justify now that I live in the Bay Area where reusable bags are a must unless you want 10 cents for pay for a paper bag) and this suitcase. it would not be easy to bear weight and height. Tip: - There isn't a dedicated place for a pencil sharpener, so I have a small jewelry pouch that I put the sharpener in (so sharpener residue doesn't infect anything it touches) and put it on an unoccupied train and just close the case. It's the same with my eraser. Be careful when opening the case. Keep drinks and other wet objects away from the suitcase. Most likely there will be a stain. I spill things all the time so I keep it on the couch. Water brushes are not suitable. Gelly Roll handles can hold 2 per loop. The hinges will loosen over time. case where the pencils are.

Pros
  • Easy Installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options. UPDATE
