Review on Lightweight And Durable: Meet The Vargo Titanium Wharn-Clip Knife by Alex Romero

Revainrating 2 out of 5

great idea, poor quality control

This knife is nice and light, perfect for backpacking.I sent mine back (thanks for making this painless Revain) because: 1) the cutting edge was not straight. This style (wharncliffe) is supposed to be straight. The cutting surface on this knife was U-shaped, with the high spot in the middle of the cutting edge. 2) The clip in the handle barely made contact with the other side of the opening. Another half a millimeter and it would have been fine.

Pros
  • Camping & Hiking
Cons
  • The knife's minimalist design lacks any additional features such as a built-in bottle opener, which may not appeal to users who value multi-functionality in their tools
