I got these headphones about a month ago. The interlocutor does not hear me. Wrote to support. I was told that I need to go to the xiomi service center, I went. There I was told that this model is not yet officially available in 2022. This is how you buy the product. Issued a refund through the issuing point. It's been more than 10 days, no headphones, no money. I don't recommend buying them.
