Review on Report it: Anonymous Reporting Solutions by Rob Allen

I like that there is an anonymous reporting system for employees who have issues or concerns about their supervisors/ managers without fear being retaliated against in any way by said manager(s). Nothing really at this time - would be great if more businesses adopted these types systems! This has been very helpful as my organization deals primarily w professional development opportunities which are sometimes difficult (if not impossible) due to confidentiality agreements we must adhere too regarding our clients & potential clientele etc.. I like that we are able to use this software for our employees as well! Sometimes my coworkers may not want everyone else in their department knowing what is going on but now if someone does something wrong or inappropriate you have proof! Plus being anonymous helps keep people from getting fired over things that were said by another person who was not there at time of incident/complaint (if any).
