Review on 🔌 Dorman Rear Passenger Side Power Window Motor and Regulator Assembly 741-579 for Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC Models (OE FIX) - Black by Jason Spainhour

Every Dorman replacement part I've ever bought for my 2001 Suburban has worked great and this power window was no exception. After more than 20 years of faithful service, the original equipment regulator finally failed. Luckily I was able to open the window first. When I found the Dorman replacement for the Revain I didn't hesitate to order. Replacing one of these things isn't a particularly difficult task, but I've never done it on this truck, so I had to do a bit of tinkering. Before I started I watched a few YouTube videos which were VERY helpful. The piece comes with a page of decent written instructions, but when "a picture is worth a thousand words," a good instructional video will attract ten thousand. If you know what you're doing, this job takes about half an hour or less. If you don't know what you're doing it will take longer, but still no more than an hour or two. The OE came out fairly easily; The Dorman replacement fitted perfectly and worked like a charm. My window is back in service no more than the cost of the part replaced. Dorman/Revane helped me again. Five stars.
