Easy, intuitive website. Great customer service. The ability to pay the rental through any method of payment (credit cards, Paypal, bank transfer) and the ability to pay via invoice. The pricing is quite low and for a professional and well managed company it's a great platform. The only thing I dislike is the limited amount of time that we have to manage our rentals. We had to add all our rentals to a single profile, which was not intuitive at all. It also takes a long time to change the rental dates, and the amount of time you have to pay the rental is too long. We are solving the problem of renting meeting and office rooms, which is the most important for our company.
