How could such a bad product be made?

As written in other reviews, I encountered a hum of a gearbox resonating to the body. Happiness befell me somewhere at 4-5 at night, when the gearbox began to buzz wildly at the minimum mode. I immediately returned the goods, because. less than 2 weeks and demanded money back. The seller sent the goods for examination, which showed that "NO DEFECTS HAVE BEEN DETECTED". As I suspect, they poured into the grease reducer and it stopped buzzing for another couple of days.
In the end, like the guys in other reviews, I tried to fix the gearbox myself. I overlaid it with felt so that it does not resonate on the body, washed it with silicone grease inside. Looks like it's been gone for a couple of months now.
A new gearbox, instead of a defective one, costs around 5-7 thousand))). You can only prove that the gearbox is defective and that it was lubricated for you in court, I think. You can find this gearbox cheaper on Ali, but for this you need straight arms.
Attention to the question: do you want to take it apart and finish it by hand right after buying a piece of plastic for 18000 (autumn 2022)?
In general, I do not recommend buying.
