I tried another brand of resistance loops that claimed to have varying resistance, but they all felt exactly the same. That's not the case here. You can feel right away the difference in stretchiness. This allows for a heavier band for stronger muscles or lighter when needed. I love that they are color coded, though it will take me some time to memorize which is which. The labels are clear in the meantime. It might have been nice to print the labels in more than more place on each band. They seem to have been designed to sling directly to skin as they will slide on some fabrics. Overall, a good product with a tiny little carrying bag. Nice and compact and easier to move around than a set of weights.
