Review on 🔆 CNSUNWAY LIGHTING Under Cabinet LED Lighting Kit - 6 Pack, 12 Inches Dimmable Light Bars for Kitchen, Closet, Shelf - Super Bright 3600 Lumens, 5000K Daylight by Marcus Dortch

I bought these lamps for my 20 inch wide Ikea Vittsjo shelf which I use as a plant shelf. I use these lamps to enhance and expand natural light from nearby windows. After first purchasing the non-matte version for an identical installation elsewhere in my home, I got these matte finishes for my second shelf. I prefer the matte look over the individual LED lights. comparable in brightness. Set up was easy as the lights snap together and an extension cord is included to provide enough wire between the lights/shelves. The first image in my review is the darkest setting and the second is the lightest. The photos were taken at dusk with the overhead lights off. The third and fourth pictures show the lamps mounted on glass shelves. The kit includes many useful mounting accessories. I used a few pieces of mounting wire to secure the cable to give it a tidy look, but I also used some of my own zip ties to hide the cable at the back of the shelf. To attach the lights I used small 3M Velcro strips that I had on hand because I could easily remove the lights from the glass. At first I tried just using one velcro per light but a few fell off so I might end up adding a second 3M velcro to attach the lights. The kit also includes regular 3M plastic mounting hardware. Before I bought them, I noticed that several reviewers noted excessive heating. In my experience the lights haven't been hot for the past few days as I've been using them about 14 hours a day. I can feel the slightest bit of warmth, but not even enough to call it "warm," let alone hot. Since these are LED bulbs, they shouldn't get as hot as mine. Overall they seem like a good choice and just what I need to adequately cover my plant family. While not really "vegetable" lights, I think 5000K light will be enough for my plant's needs. I will update the review if I run into any problems later. Update: I've added additional photos 5-9 to show the installation of antifreeze lights from my first purchase on a shelf of the same type.
