I found the chest protection a bit short at first, but once I started riding I didn't even notice a noticeable feel of it. I can enjoy the ride more and don't have to worry about falling knowing my armor can protect me from a slight fall. It was great as far as spine/back protection goes. Lots of movement due to the way it's designed. I would definitely/strongly recommend it to anyone who cares about their body. The price of this item is worth it.
