I like the fact that it can be used both via 3.5mm jack and via USB. This design is very smart. Comfort is better than some of the most expensive devices. Sound quality is clean and clear, and speaker or microphone volume controls are easy to use and intuitive. The overall look is very cool. The mic is mounted on the left side only, but it's easy to move to place it where you want it, or to the side if needed. The noise canceling feature works great! I recommend this product. If you are a gamer, you will immediately find great comfort and ease of use. The cable length is very forgiving. This allows for a lot of movement during a conference call, making everything on my desk very easy to reach without removing the device from my ears.
