I like that they are able to work with you if there's something else going on outside of their control (e.g., an employee leaves or changes jobs). They can be very slow at times when processing your application - sometimes days go buy before it shows up for approval/review! This has been my experience over several years working here now. We have found them helpful but not perfect so far as we've had some issues getting our applications approved quickly which means having less staff than necessary available during peak periods.
