I like that it is easy to use, has all of my information in one place for me instead of having multiple places where i have to update different things. It helps keep track of everything we need to do as far as payroll goes! Sometimes when you go back into your check or pay stubs from previous months there are some fields missing which can be confusing if they don't exist at first glance. Make sure to set up an account with this software so you know what changes will take effect immediately vs waiting until next month's paycheck comes out. We've been able to easily manage our employees' time off and vacation days without confusion because everyone knows how much leave each person should get per year (for their position). This makes it easier than keeping records by hand. Also being able to see who hasn't taken any paid leave since last week/month allows us to make adjustments accordingly.
