Not easy to use

No instructions in box. The inscription on the box is in Chinese. The paper bar cannot be raised to load and eject paper. If you have a small piece of paper, it's almost impossible to cut it. There's no wire down the middle, so you're right where the cut will be. The blade disc is difficult to rotate and each cutting tool is difficult to use. I was really looking forward to this, but I am very disappointed with the product.
