Sturdy cases with some quality control issues

I bought the white/grey and all black versions of the Unicorn Beetle Pro Supcase for two Pixel 3a XL families. Post-install observations: The white case looks good, but the hard bezel (inner white bezel) was creaking/moving from the side of the Pixel buttons. Black checkered, no such problem. It looks like the bezel on the button side is too big compared to the side of the phone or not curved properly causing it to move/creak. I ended up putting layers of clear tape on the inner bezel to prevent movement/squeaking. A $20 case shouldn't have this kind of QC problem --- I've bought $5-10 cases that don't have this problem. Other minor issues: The way the front cutouts are made looks like at least one of the sensors isn't that sensitive at certain angles. The screen when picking up the phone is not as responsive as it is without the case. However, I didn't have any issues with the proximity sensor when making calls like others. Also, the bottom bezel (again, probably Supcase's aesthetic choice) doesn't cover the lower part of the off-screen black area, which is more visible in the white version. With a black case it is not noticeable, but with a white frame it is very noticeable. If you want to cover the top, you can also cover the bottom. Otherwise, the cases feel solid and are made of high-quality materials (no smell, no roughness, the body parts fit together well). The port cover is a bit inflexible when opened for charging, but should loosen over time. No problem with rear camera and fingerprint sensor cutouts (well protected) --- Cutouts do not affect photography (no glare) and the sensor cutout is correctly centered. The Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro has tactile rubber straps that feel good in the hand but don't bother putting it in a jean pocket. The back is a little slippery, but the phone feels secure in your hand. Contrary to my expectations prior to use, the case doesn't feel overly bulky (again, YMMV) compared to other double-layer cases I've used.
