High quality vest, I picked wrong size.
High quality vest and the inside tummy enclosure has three clasp settings (tight, tighter, tightest) similar to the clasps available for a bra. However for my size and weight medium would have been a better size.The other issue is that the vest rides up and wrinkles in the back. Constantly reaching to stretch the vest.

- It may not provide enough support for individuals with chest pain
