This is a good compression shirt. I found that this shirt was great for compression and sweating away the midsection while also giving me the ability to do work out with weights. Very nice snug fit that does a good shaping and holding everything in place. It feel much better quality than others I have used. Also it has more of an appearance of a tank top under shirt.

I purchased this to help me with posture as I sit all day at work and find myself leaning over more than I prefer. At first I didn't understand the way it worked, but quickly realized that you have to fasten the snaps which are very strong BEFORE putting it on. I purchased an XL.I love this compression tank. As soon as it was delivered, I put it on and did my chores throughout the day. It is incredibly comfortable and super supportive. The only thing I wish was different was the length of the compression underneath the tank. It does an excellent job covering the top and mid section of my stomach but not so much the bottom, which is the area I mostly want to compress. Other than that, this is a definite buy!

In my opinion, this should be used on occasion and not daily. I’m in my 3rd one because one of the metal rivets pulls out of its stitch or the metal spine has broken through the bottom. Looks good on the first few wears.

High quality vest and the inside tummy enclosure has three clasp settings (tight, tighter, tightest) similar to the clasps available for a bra. Queer folks rejoice! I bought this to bind my curves and it works. Not that great support for chest compared to a binder but for sides and stomach it does great. Totally flattened out my sides. It’s long enough to tuck into your pants. Feels like a hug.

I love the added hooks underneath the zip up and I immediately felt a new stage of compression I hadn't reached yet. Very appreciated for a vest that I can wear while at work. I bought the vest to help me compress my rib cage since I had suffered an ATV accident. Right away my body felt better and I was able to move with more confidence.
