Review on 🏭 San Jamar P7410 Mega Piece by Angel Henderson

Bought this pump for a number of reasons. We sell fish sandwiches at our community festival. What is a fish sandwich without remoulade? Boring! It took me 2 minutes to figure out how to assemble the pump. (It's not obvious you have to take it apart before putting it on the lid) We process a lot of sandwiches, and the addition of an easy-to-apply tartar sauce (1 ounce per pump) has increased demand. Also, the tartar sauce was kept cool and insect-proof because the entire gallon bottle was immersed in ice water. The pump picked up the thick tartar sauce with ease and more than doubled the amount of tartar sauce we could dose. I am very happy with my purchase!
