I bought it hoping it would help reduce allergy symptoms caused by dust and pollen. I'm not thrilled with this little air purifier. It reduced my symptoms right away and the light will tell you when it's filtering more dust (when the dog runs over or opens the outer door it turns yellow or orange). Battery life is decent, but charging is easy. I run it on low or auto all day and get 7-8 hours. Used at home and in the car. It's hard to believe that this tiny block can create a bubble of clean air around you, but it does. According to the instructions, the 12-euro filter lasts 6 months. It's incredibly quiet, only getting a little louder as it filters more particles. Not enough to feel the breeze. There are accessories for that - to attach it to a cup holder or to a stroller - but LG doesn't offer it in the US.
