As you can see in the video, the elastic to hold the Bible I sewed it with my machine because I want it to be tight. You can do that by hand or put a paper click in the center to hold the elastic together. The small size is for a regular Bible size, the large one as you can see is perfect to carry with everything you need, easy to take it in a airplane, train, library, or church or prepare your sermon or study. The pencil holder is Velcro, you can remove it if you want. I love the quality, looks better in person than the online image. I suggest to place the Bible the way I showed in the video and the notebook as well, so when you open it, nothing falls from the Bible. The 4 star is for the elastic. I would like it to be more tight but I fixed it myself. It's not a big deal since I ordered a couple of them and I had to return them since the quality was cheap. This one is not extremely Wow, but so far it's worth the money and it's perfect for the purpose. I ordered 2 large size. Delivery was fast, I like this seller. Oh!
