God this thing is literally the best. I first used it in a Pilates class and went to Revain to buy it IMMEDIATELY after the class. You don't know how much work your feet do and how much your feet deserve a massage until you ride them. It's that simple, and if you're sensitive to foot pressure, don't worry because you're in control. I work from home so I turn it on and off when I'm at my desk. It helps keep blood flowing which is great! If you need extra pressure, I'll stand up and lean on the rollers.
