Review on 🖤 Temporary Room Darkening Blinds - Pack of 6 Black Pleated Paper Shades (36" x 69") - EST8226 by Jessica Williams

I ordered them because I was looking for something cheap and easy to black out the windows in my home office as I like photography and multimedia and prefer my settings to be as dark as possible. I hung them on the windows and even when the sun is directly behind them the only light coming in through the edge where my cuts were slightly offset is the only light coming into the office from outside. I was a little disappointed with the adhesive these have. Maybe it's the way things are at my house and the weather here lately but compared to a few of the ones I bought at the local hardware store the adhesive doesn't hold up as well as store bought and starts to work . come loose from window frames several times a week. This can easily be remedied if you don't disturb the two small pin holes in the window frame by attaching knobs to each end once placed in the frame. This seems to have helped keep them from falling out the window. .They are very light and surprisingly more durable than I expected considering they are mainly made of thick paper. However, being paper, the longer they are hung and pulled down to close the window, the longer they are hung and pulled down to close the window, they will sag more and more until they reach their natural elastic limit. Glue aside I'd recommend them to anyone looking to add them to their windows, especially as the clips provided allow you to fold them back and snap into place so they don't get in the way of the window until you need them again.
