They apologized for the scratched case and sent me a brand new set for free, although I only had to replace the case. They didn't even ask me to send the suitcase back. Polly even included an apology for the incident and assured me they checked before posting it. The new case is completely scratch-free, this time without scuffs. The new case was sent to me just as quickly as the first one and I am very happy with my product. The case fits my computer well. The screen protector holds up well and has no scratches yet. While the keyboard cover holds dust, it's easy to clean by rinsing it with water. I'd rather get the lid dirty than get dust inside the keyboard for it to do its job well. I appreciated the jack covers and the new headphones they sent me fit the headphone jack better. I would highly recommend this company as they are efficient and care about their customers and reviews. First review (I left 1 star): I saw a lot of good reviews, but the case was scratched and dirty! I tried cleaning it but it stays dirty. The protective film picks up hair easily, so when you apply it, make sure it's quick. The little jack covers are just plain ugly, the headphone cover doesn't even fit. The rubber keyboard cover is ok, it leaves marks on the screen and you can see where you press the keys. In general, I was upset about the case, but what can I expect from something cheap. If you buy this make sure you don't go see through.
