UPDATE: The replacement case they sent me was just as broken as the original and I was billed a second time for a replacement. The problem is that the top is snapped onto the bottom of the screen. My computer has never been dropped on the floor and is either on a desk or in a padded bag, so this is clearly a design flaw. My new MacBook Pro had its first crash today. The outer hull of this hull held up very well. Just a few cuts and some of them appear to have "healed". Bought a matte transparent cover. When I opened mine I was pleasantly surprised to find that it also had a keyboard cover and a screen cover. This is not shown in the figures. The case is perfect for the 2020 13" MBP. The keyboard cover is also matte/translucent, and this is the first time I've seen a viable one (it doesn't hide the keyboard backlight.
