It was thicker than I expected and had a belt loop on the back which I didn't realize was going to be there. Basically I took it apart and removed it and then sewed it together with the keys further up - more like the picture. Actually the key holder was upside down in the picture, so the keys were hanging at the bottom. I fixed it when I reflashed.
