Received this shelf at a flea market to use - to store clothes I was hoping to sell. The frame consisted of many parts, but it wasn't difficult to assemble. But the performance is terrible! You can see the huge and unsightly seams where the pieces were welded together. The casters aren't the biggest - they move, but at the same time they make a crunching noise and it's very difficult to maneuver the stand. Wheels are not engaged. The whole structure is very thin! I used it for several hours and it crashed a few times. I thought maybe it fell off because the floor might not be perfectly level, but no - when I was using it at home (with a perfectly flat floor) to dry light sundresses and shirts after washing, it fell off again, and let me tell you : I'm not a fan of finding my freshly washed clothes on the floor. Whilst the concept of this hanger is good the execution is poor, the hanger is flimsy and disappointing and I cannot recommend it. could have returned it for a refund but I missed the return window :(
