Very happy with this cover. I live in a very windy area and have taken my car cover off a few times. I've tried buying large clips and placing them along the bottom of the lid, but they only partially solved the problem. The lid deflated anyway, but didn't deflate due to some clips remaining attached. Then I noticed this cover that offered a strap to go under the wagon. The strap makes a huge difference and I haven't had any issues with the case since. Highly recommended. UPDATE: Shortly after this review was posted, our community was hit by Hurricane Hanna. We withstood very high winds and 10 inches of rain for over 14 hours. After the storm passed I was worried about the cart lid and went to check it out. There were several small holes in it, the zipper was loose and wedged. so I couldn't buckle it and the belt under the car broke. The lid kept the interior of the car dry. Honestly, I'm impressed he survived at all, but he protected mine pretty well. I just ordered another one to replace it if that tells you anything.
