Easy to use for anyone with minimal learning curve
I love how easy it is! We have been using this product since we started our business in 2016.
The customer support has always exceeded my expectations as well! It takes time getting used too but once you do its super user friendly!! You will not regret trying out this program. Nothing so far other than maybe having some minor glitches here an there when first starting up which was easily fixed by tech staff at no charge!! This helped us gain confidence quickly and allowed me (the owner)to focus more attention towards running sales instead of spending hours looking through paper files/reports etc..
Pros
- Everything looks good visually, very organized with ease to locate pertinent information without much digging or excessive typing required!!! Easy for clients also just like what i hear from them that they appreciate quick turn around times while working together directly via iphone app vs emailing documents all over town..which can be frustrating sometimes if someone does lose their phone before uploading docs into cloud storage system..but thats another issue altogether :) Also great reporting feature along side your accounting software such Int
