The eyepiece selection is awesome, I have been combining them with the Barlow trying to find out what works best. The wide angle one is especially good for my startblast 4.5. However the filters I have been at a loss with so far. They just tint everything a different color. I haven't really noticed any difference using them with Jupiter but the neutral density is good for the moon when it is too bright to look at. Being a newbie to astronomy I really learned what eye relief was with these also. It is a good variety of pieces that really help you experiment and get better images. I saw Jupiter in more detail last night with the 10mm and the barlow than I could with my 6mm that came with the telescope. Using the 40mm I was also able to locate Andromeda for the first time, a slight fuzzy dot in the sky around the Detroit area. Light pollution sucks.
