I love the taste of water through the Brita filter. Our water isn't the best in my area so it needs to be treated with something. I always date it so I know when to replace it. It usually takes me 2 months. After 2 months, my green flashing light turns red. It's great to have it on tap. That way I don't have to keep that big pitcher in my fridge. I can have a glass if I want. When you take off the old one, wait about a minute, then put it on and run cold water through it for about 3-5 minutes. Here it is installed. Never let hot water through, it's always cold. Benefits 1. Makes bad water crystal clear. last 2 months, 3. Easy to install and great to have on hand. Cons 1. a bit expensive 2. need to be careful not to let hot water go through.3. that's just the last 2 months. (These are pros and cons) I will still buy a shave as long as they make it.
