I cannot express how much I loved this lighter when I first bought it. We used candles in our back porch lanterns all summer and the matches weren't long enough to reach them without burning our fingers. I had a refillable butane lighter that refused to work after I refilled it. I hated the idea of disposable plastic lighters. Then I noticed it online and it seemed perfect. I've been using it at least 2-3 times a week since I bought it in June. It suddenly stopped working yesterday. I tried to charge it but the indicator refused to light up. I've tested it a few times and it really doesn't work. The company has no information about this product and does not respond to the messages I left them. Now I'm going back to matches, but I'll probably buy another company's arc lighter.
