My son LOVES it. He's 15 months old and we've been using him for about a month now. The only drawback is the chest strap. It really should have a clip on the chest so you don't have to adjust that whole part that goes over the head and where the arms go through every time. We have to stretch the straps to fit my baby's head. We made some tweaks to make it work but my little one just loves to ride bikes with his dad. Edit: My son is 3 years old now and still rides it quite comfortably. Now it's a bit more difficult because he can reach all the mechanisms and handles, but he understands that they must be left alone. After 2 years still the best buy.
