I received the whiteboard and it has an internal scratches inside the board. This is not something that can be removed since it is behind the glass, and I cannot return it because of the no return policy. Additionally the left side of the board's surface is rough and foggy, like there is dried glue on it. Overall this makes the whiteboard look less clear, transparent, and reflective. Where was the quality check? I am very disappointed - if this is just part of the whiteboard, I would not recommend this product. I expected the entire board to be clear and scratch-free.
