Review on 💪 Sony TOUGH-M Series 64GB SDXC Card: UHS-II, V60, CL10, U3, R277MB/S, W150MB/S | SF-M64T/T1 by Mike Hernandez

I hope this is an isolated case, but check your new cards just in case. Got one of these cards and was happy to use them in my admittedly difficult environment. When I don't have sand in my camera/lens grooves after a day of shooting, I'm surprised. Received the card and immediately plugged it in hoping it wouldn't stick like other reviews I only read to see that it was "write protected". I pulled out the card, tried it in the reader, there are no problems. I put a different card in the camera but got the same warning. So I pulled this card out and looked in the SD slot to see a tiny piece of plastic (which I believe was flash) stuck in the write protect pin. Fan detached, detached, the problem is solved. BUT I will of course visually inspect everything I put in my holes from now on.
